"I dropped a vehicle and added a brand new truck on my State Farms app and due to the upgraded coverage I chose I had to Contact my State Farms Office and I reached an associate named Shane Connor he and I discussed my policy, the new coverage I would have on the new vehicle, we went over what my policy changes would be and the increased amount it would go to from being PIP to full coverage.
He was very helpful and looking through every aspects of the old policy to the new policy and through the whole family plan to make sure everybody was up-to-date with equal coverage and kept it in the same level payments that I make every six months… he called back and we discussed the changes.
